Sir I have allotted a Plot of 120 sqrt through lottery system in year 2010. An amount of Rs 642750.00 submitted by me then. It was told to me within 45 days possession will be given to me. After 50 days i enquired but no satisfactory response was given to me. After several months in the office one person told me that this particular plot is disputed can not be allotted. I asked for replacement with other but they refused. I personally met the Vice Chancellor regarding this but he just gave assurance of replacing the property with undisputed but not done. Than i tried to get information through RTI but the beaten about th but not replied properly. Lots of complaints are available on the net for not giving the possession of Plots. This is the modus operating the Authority to get the money by making the fake scheme and the hurt the consumer by not listen to their grievances

I want court teach good lesson to authority regarding this cheating. Authority should either replace my plot to some liveable and undisputed place. or refund the money with respect the property rate hike actually in the market. I have great hope from the consumer forum. Please help
