I had booked Flat number E 903 under SKYZ project Ramprastha at Dwarka Expressway, Sector 37D through MBPL Housing and Infrastructure. Gurinder Kamboj had agreed to pay me back brokerage amount of Rs. 1,54,000/- after payment of 30% to Ramprastha builder and clearance of his dues from Ramprastha. Gurinder had already got his dues cleared by Ramprastha but had not cleared mine. He had stopped picking my phone calls and never respond to my mails and sms. Payment is due since last 10 months. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

I wish to have my dues with interest back from Mr. Gurinder Kamboj (owner of MBPL Housing and Infrastructure)
