I have called jaquar to fix the toilet jet since 15th July. Ideally they should contact me within 72 hours and fix the problem. But they are not contacting. I have called them many times during this period to fix the problem. However their customer care just says someone will contact me asap. nobody contacts me and nobody fixes the problem. This product is under warranty.

Fix the problem and compensate me for the delay.
