Dear Sir, Warm greetings!!! First of all with lots of hope am writing to you for a solution and justice. As per have placed an ordered on 2nd November two rings from Jabong Peora Silver Blue Ring which was supposed to be delivered to me on 17th November which they fail on deadline they text-ed me that it will be delivered on 19th November how ever they failed to deliver the same and they messaged me that it will be done with in 72 hours and later when i followed up with them they told they are working on the solution. Mean while received few calls from Jabong (011243037700, 01243317800, 011243317800) and two my shock without taking my concern or providing me any satisfactory answer they said they are refunding the money which is not acceptable as the put me in false hope for 22 days. In past also went through the same problem. Am writing to you all for justice and to teach them importance of commitment in service industries. Some were feel the E Commerce sites like Jabong in India do not fear law and do as they want to, firmly believe that justice should be deliver to me.
