Jet Airways – Boarding Pass has been closed due to big line their Staff not response

Booked Air ticket from Kolkata to Guwahati for Flight at 06:10 hrs on 13th May 2012, under Ref No. PNR : HJCLQG. It was annotated in the Ticket that “”Check in counters for flights within India will now close 45 minutes prior to flight departure “. There was big que in the Luggage counter also at the Boarding Pass counter. I left my lugage at the Luggage Counter with my family for weighing and checking and came by running to the Boarding Pass Counter for Boarding Pass and reported at 05.10 hrs, in the morning, where the attending Madam requested to come by que, as the long que was there and also told to bring the luggage after weighing. When I lastly reached the Counter after complying her instruction, she intimated that the issue of Boarding Pass has been closed and she can not help me any more. I reported their Office also at the Kolkata Airport, who also refused to provide any help and even to issue any ticket for further flight in the same day. Being disheartened I came back. Later they refunded the Ticket fare to me after deducting Rs. 5702/-. I made a complaint about the misbehaviour of their Staff at the Airport and requested to refund the amount of Rs. 5702/-, which they have deducted from me, due to none of my fault, as I reported originally more than 45 minutes earlier than the departure of the Flight, as annotated by them in their Ticket. On reporting they were telling that I need to report 02 hours earlier, but the same thing was not annotated any where in the Ticket, which I still have in my possession. In spite of my complaint and request to refund the amount to me, their legal department has refused to pay back me the said amount. Actually due to their misbehaviour, I faced enormous harassment, and was compelled to undertake the journey by Bus and car to Guwahati. but somehow I accepted that as my bad luck and prayed only for the refund of the amount of Rs. 5702/- which they have deducted from me due to there own mistake. Hence I am lodging this complaint with you to kindly look after the case, so that they refund me the amount.

Refund of Rs. 5702/-, which they deducted from me and any other remedy as considered for the physical harassment faced by me.
