This is in reference to our purchase of Gold Chain from M/s JHABBA LAL & COMPANY JEWELLERS, DEHRADUN, Uttarakhand on dated 19 February 2013. First of all I must tell you that I have purchased a Hallmark Gold Chain of 7.300 grm from his company, but on the chain the stamp of hallmark is not there but in bill they have showed me the purity of 91.6 Secondly I want to inform you that I have sold out one gold chain to him worth Rs 14,000/- whose weight is 5.400 gms and the rate of sold chain has not been mentioned in the bill that in which rate they have taken the chain and if we divide Rs 14,000/- by 5.400 gms according to 23Krt then the rate was Rs 2592.5 per grm. On this situation, I will agree with him but the hallmark gold chain they have sold me whose weight in the bill is 7.300 grms and they have charged from me Rs 25,840/- + VAT Rs 260/- = Rs 26,100/- and in the same bill they have not mention the rate of Gold chain sold to me, there is no details, If I am taking out the rate according to the 22Krt rate the given amount divided by 7.300 grms the then the rate was 3539.7 per grm.

To my perfect knowledge and net the rate of the gold on 19-02-2013 for 22Krt was 2794.99 per grm, which was authentic. So, they have cheated me as they have not mention the rate per grm of the sold chain. Also they have not mentioned the making charges in any bill. According to my knowledge the making charges of gold chain is maximum Rs 2300/- on 7.300 grm For your reference I am attaching the bills provided to me. Kindly rectify the case and give me the further instructions that what I have to do now. M/S JHABBA LAL & COMPANY, Dehradun has been cheated me in purchasing of branded Hallmark Gold Chain. I want to claim my amount given to them and they have to give details to me for everything. Kindly do the needful and notify me.
