Sir/madam, I have Samsung galaxy j7 SM-J700F phone, and my mobile no.is 9178 XC8894 which is registered my Jio app. state-odisha,city-Remuna. My jio barcode is 55540 120586. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
