Dear Sir/Mam,

My jio number is 6280582818 for dongle & 6283334034 is for mobile. I connect it with my laptop using JIO DONGLE. The green indicator says excellent network. My laptop also says connected. It is very slow compared to ANY other network. My plan is Rs. 599 (unlimited 2 gb daily for 84 days). Any website rarely opens.

On mobile the speed is too very worst.

Please look into it and rectify as soon as possible.
