4 days ago i bought a new Reliance jio sim but it is not activated till now. I have already submitted all the documents needed for this at the time of purchasing one.also they are not answering my call or email. I tried several time to contact them but they don’t even answer one of my call. My jio sim no is 70155 00745.

I have bought the jio sim on last Saturday They said that my sim will be activated in 3 days Today is the 6 th day and i haven’t received any call or message from them for tele verification .i have called them so many times but they wont answer my call Two times they have answered my call and asked my name after saying my name they said we will check through it and we will call again but they hadn’t called yet
