Hi Team, On 10-Sep I brought 1 Jio sim from turner road reliance digital store but when I went there on 17- Sep with complain that my sim is not activated till now then came to know that they have misplaces my ID (DL Color Photocopy) then again I have to give my Adhara card for new sim. But then I came to know that my barcode is already redeemed and used by some one else please take it on serious note and tell me who is using my barcode and ID share the mobile no also where my code is used. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used by other. in my mobile jio app shows the code is redeemed and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
