I have Purchased a Package worth of 22400/- from J&K Handloom House, Bhimtaal, Nanitaal, UK on 29-Dec-14. That package was inclusive of 5 set of Rajai/Shawl etc items and One giddi is returnable after within 5 years with 75% cost of it and again 5 set of gifts will be given to us as per them. Plus 4 person tour package of J&K also inclusive in it. Till date no documents given to us and no one responding from their side. Please help as they are cheating with all customers as i have a lots of people on record who are facing same issue.

I need all related documents as per their commitment else full refund of my money with interest.
