They have called me in august 2013 about new work visa of Canada. I visited them and they ask me to send all documents, exp and academic certificates by mail so they can look an job for me for further. Then they ask me that the job have been found and I need to pay 50,0000 for apply LMO (LABOUR MARKET OPINION FOR CANADA). I have deposit the same. 1 months after they demand me 7,000$ to submit as bond to apply LMO, I have say I cant do this and return my money. Few days after they say you need give us affidavit to say when you get 7,000$ from service Canada which we are paying for you.you will give us back. I did the same. 3 month later they only show me LMO once and ask me to sign an agreement where its say that after sign this documents I am no longer can get my Refund. I refuse and ask them to give me Employer address so I can confirm is it right or not. They have give me address and phone number. When I get to employer there is no Name of Manager as mention neither the phone number is correct. I have searched that company and contact with them directly and they say we haven’t apply anything for you. Now the Life force ask me to deposit 25,000 rest + LMO fees 15,000 to apply visa. Which I cant until I dont confirm the lMO. They say we cant give you LMO and we are not going to give your money back.

I have take 50,000 on interest, its takes 4-5 months and still they are giving me harassment and I have many time visited them. I need justice I need my money back with interest and harassment. I also want they shouldn’t fraud any other person like this. These type of companies should have to be behind the cell.
