the above mentioned is a consultancy. i have paid them rs. 18000/- as their consulting fees for getting a job. it is mentioned by them that if i am not getting a job with their reference or other, they will return my money within 1 month from the time i asked them to give my money back. its been more than 3 months since i am asking them to give back my money but they are not giving it. they called me many times to kolkata saying that u have to come for interview. but every time, they sent me back telling that interview is postponed.

i want back my money paid to them along with the amount spend because of them along with penalty. and a case against all of them in charge of fraud.
