These people have charged me Rs.7500 for providing maid service for 1 year. I have asked for Child Care and Cook facility. As requested they brought a lady immediately after a day and told she is an excellent cook. So, I paid Rs.7000 for the service and Rs.500 for bringing the lady home. Just in 2 days I came to know that she is not at all a cook. Immediately I called and asked for replacement as they had promised if I’m not satisfied they will replace the person. It’s been more than 2 months now, they did not do any replacement and so I asked for a refund.Now they don’t answer my phone calls. The lady whom they appointed also stopped coming. As promised I paid her Rs.8500 per month for 2 months.

I want Rs.7500 , the amount paid to him for this service and also they made me pay Rs.8500/month for the lady just for doing household chores. she was not doing any cooking and also she was behaving in such a manner that my children never used to go to her(this was in my absence). I paid in total 17600 to her where as the work she has done is only 7000 worth. So, in total I expect Rs.17500 from a city services company.
