I have not received my family pension for the months of November and December 2012. The bank where my pension gets deposited, Bank of Baroda, Baranagar Branch, Kolkata, says that the problem lies with their corporate or head office from where the pension is processed and disbursed. My Pension A/c No. is 00370100020308. However, they are not able to give me any assurance as to by when the problem would be resolved. In fact as of now there is no official in the branch who is officially responsible for pension related issues. I have submitted my Life Certificate on 7th November 2012 as per rule. But neither have I received my pension for November and December nor have I received the arrear for the last revised DA. It has become impossible for me take care of my monthly expenses. Any further delay in resolution would make matters worse for me.
