Hello sir/mam, I purchased a XIOMI power bank of 10400mah from just shopon online website order on 15 Feb 2016 for rs 589 including all charges. My order id number is 778031785616899 The product is defective as it not charges at all nor its working.I have written mails to them and also reminder.But they are not replying back.They have one contact no on website ie.9999999999 which is always Switched off. Please help me and do the needful .

I Want money back or product replacement with original power bank.
