no one taking any complaint and solving the problem of my handset.

I purchased K443 model it is slider phone, next week only i’m facing problem with sliding operation.
I called 10 times to customer care for Karboon mobile but no one picking up or no are changes etc messages.

There website also not having any support for mail Id contact..

What is solution for this.

becos once warrenty is finished.. then there is no support for them..

Plz can you talk to karbonn mobile to solve my
handset issue about sliding and display functionality.
