We had purchased 470sq feet of Kajaria tiles from their dealer Jagdhamba tiles,hari Nagar. Once it was fixed in the bathroom their was color variation in digital tiles purchased by us. After we complained to dealer he provided us contact number of marketing person and after that their representative visited our place ie Mr Shankar Sharma Marketing Executive.He clicked the photographs and agree that tiles had color variation and gave the reason that tiles come from different factories and is manufactured on different lots so as such this variation do occurs.Further directed the manson that he should check the date of manufacturing written on the boxes before opening so that such lapse do not occur. The color written on all the boxes was same but instead of admitting his mistake he tried to protect his company. He further told he will talk to their head office and let us know how we can be compensated on this default but no call was received from him. Subsequently I contacted him and he flatly refused to entertain our complaint and simply told we cant do anything.

The firm should replace the tiles at his own risk and cost and make compensation of inconvenient caused
