Kalazone Silk Mills – Order not Delivered

I ordered an online product through Kalazone Silk Mills having order number 13560 and the product code is WDV-30067. Initially they took my order and mailed me on 18/06/2013 that your order has been confirmed with cash on delivery. they also asked me an extra charge of rs. 85 /= to which i agreed.After few hours i got a call from their customer care executive stating that your order cannot be processed since the amount exceed rs.3000/= so you have to deposit the amount in account to which I refused stating that I have placed an order with cash on delivery as payment mode. In reply to this he said if you are not going to deposit the amount your order will be cancelled. and then I got a mail from them stating that my order has been cancelled. I demanded an explanation in written from them that why my order has been cancelled through mail on 19/06/2013. They did not replied via mail but made a telephonic call to me stating that though cash on delivery is available for products below rs.5000/= but since your order contains only single item worth rs.3808/= and it does not include multiple items. the product will be delivered to you only if you are going to deposit the money in account. I said no such rule is mentioned on your website to which they said yes nothing of this sort has been mentioned there but we are telling you telephonically.

Urgent action against these people so that they cannot fool more people on the pretext of taking money before supplying material. They should clearly mention all the rules on the website so that customers can place and get their orders hassles free. Lastly I want timely delivery of my product with cash on delivery as payment mode and a discount of at least 30 percent compensating the hassles and tension they have given to me
