The people at Karbonn and Star CJ are merely circulating names & nos. from whom I need to demand my money. They also fooled the Police in this case.Given the situation in which me as well Police made rounds from one office to other and yet kept at a wait to receive my money. I find it quite harassing.THE CASE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: •14/6/2013-I ordered Karbonn Smartphone product at StarCJlive broadcast The broadcast offered a smartphone with 2 GB memory that stored 47 movies, 2000 songs, 10 LAKH applets etc. and a FREE INTERNET provision. 16/6/2013-the phone delivered in evening 18/6/2013-..I was delivered different color, –phone bear a memory RAM of 121 MB only and NO Internet etc given. I phoned and asked for refund as per terms & conditions(within 48 hrs), but I was denied saying there is no privilege of refund for this product. 20/6/2013-I again phoned and asked for the provision of accessories that were PROMISED on the broadcast But (Chetan, Vipul teletalkers) said these things are not provided with any phone OF ANY BRAND 24/6/2013-the phone charger not work properly and mobile sw. off.-> Searched for franchisee no 25/6..the visit to franchisee owner said self as ?Transporter??said the refund is made but thru? cheque and shall be recvd in 3 months..but to complaint at given 3 nos.-;changed the charger I called kalra but No Reply?I complained to siddarth twice but no call recvd as he said; then called sandip(Mumbai)?he said no refund shall be made in the case & he gave 2 Bayaan nos. I was given an outdated model of Karbonn when the same brand is selling NEW model at same competitive price as per Reliance EUROPARK Sales Manager .tHE CALLED NOS. WERE 08890095358,09992334820,8800898836,9810206555,02266712235 ETC.

rs 40000/- from karbonn mobile co for cheating and manipulating the subject; at least rs 100000/- (1 lakh rupees) from star cj for fake broadcasting of product and misleading the consumers.
