i had purchased one mobile hand set on 2/06/13, with in the one year period of warranty the hand was in the service center for more than 75% of the warranty period. the handset no: 911308400492620&911308400845629, in-spite of repeated communication to the company & the service center there is no solution, in the mean time the hand set is in the service center since 5/5/14 till date , neither a replacement is being provided nor the extension of the warranty is done, never they pick the phone .
a refund of cost price rs 7000.00 or replacement of the defective hand set by a fresh operating handset with full warranty.
