i have 3rd time problem after 2 months of purchasing karbonn a-15 mobile hand set, so i deposit it to company service centre in yamuna vihar delhi on 12-july-2013, but time has been over than 50 days , i am not getting it back from service centre, i have make uncounted phone calls , personally visit to service centre, they allways says ” company se aayega tab millega” it is clear case of harassment of consumer and improper service of company.

sir it is 3rd time problem in second mont , so it should be replaced with new hand set.
