Purchased Karbonn A-29 handset on 18/08/13.Within one month its touch pad got faulty,handed over the mobile at company’s service centre in Chandigarh on 04/10 which sent the handset to Delhi head office.After keeping it for 2.5 months they sent it back claiming it to be repaired.But actually handset was given to me with the same problem but after number of reminders nobody responds with solution or replacement of handset with new one.
Either replace my handset with new one or give my money back along with interest from date of purchase along with compensation for mental harassment given by Karbonn Mobiles. Please help……………….
