i had purchased Karbonn A1+ handset… i had just used for few days and the problem started( like.. cell hangs up, get switch off automatically, have to restart by removing battery etc) i had give for repair and it was returned after 1 month… but it just worked properly for one day and all the problems started again… i have given the cell for repair again on 29th Nov’13 and have not received yet… not able to get any response against the complains to their customer service centre & dealer… plz help me out…..

I want new piece or money back
