I had purchased Karbonn A15 on 03/03/2013 from Mahindrakar radio house, Jai hind chowk, Yavatmal-445001. Ph 07232-244662. The product details are as follow. Model :Karbonn A 15 Serial no. :KTOA1501130041927. IMEI number :911244650838537/911244650838545 Battary number :BAK13012007804. Charger number :9C291212030414. Colour :Black On 16th july 2013 morning my mobile was not getting started. Upon removing and replacing the battery it was showing (karbonn smart) starting screen and then showing blue coloured screen continousely. Sir only 4 months [16th july 2013] was over for me by purchasing the product and in that it had shown a major and minor problem. As per advice and suggestions of customer care representative Yogita Nautiyal I had visited karbonn service center. Meera communication, Near ganpati mandir, Saroj talkies road, Yavatmal, PIN-445001, 9175229121/9373577737. On 16th july 2013 and submitted the handset regarding the problem. In the evening i had received call from Meera communication that the problem cannot be solved at their [Yavatmal] level, so they have to send mobile to the higher service centre (L4) which need to send to New Delhi, as the problem associated with the RAM and it will take time of about one month to solve the issue. On 17th july Yogita Nautiyal telephonically had assured me that it will take only around 20 days to solve the issue and I should collect the Jobsheet from meera communication. Accordingly I did. Submitted the handset and collected the Jobsheet. Jobsheet No is KJASPMH058713K8564 Exactly after one (1) month on 18th August when I went to the service center I came to know that still the handset is in the company and was showing SFR [Sent For Repair]. Second time one and half (1 ½) month later On 2nd September when I visited the service center I came to know that still the handset is in the company and was showing SFR [Sent For Repair]. Already i had communicated regarding the connectivity problem in the April month (9th april) i.e. Within one month of purchase and after four month there is major issue associated with RAM . Till so far so many mails I send and your answer to each and every mail (12th Aug. 14th Aug. and 24th Aug.) is same as follow We have received your feedback regarding your concern.
