Sir, I purchased a Karbonn A15 phone in Feb 2013, the phone started giving lot of problems from July 2013.I have gone to customer service centre multiple times, they took about 2 months to repair the phone initially but phone again started giving the problems, I gave it for second time again it was repaired but problem started appearing again. Now I gave it again for repair for the third time on 09/12/2013, but phone has not been repaired since then. I have tried calling the service centre and wrote several emails to Karbonn mobile but every time they reply with the same text saying they are processing the request not mentioning the time frame.To summarize within last one year phone has at least stayed for 4 months with Karbonn company or the service centre for repair still the problem of phone remains the same and now they are neither respiring nor giving me back the phone.This phone belongs to my wife and she has lost all her data and contacts due to poor quality and service of this phone.I request you to urge Karbonn mobiles to return my hard earned money I invested to buy this poor quality phone. All the documents incluing bill and communication with Karbonn phones is attached for your reference. Thanks Vineet Neema 98933478xxx
I want the money back I have spent to buy this poor quality phone also I want compensation for waste of time and energy of me and my wife.
