Karbonn A9+ – Mobile Handset manufacturing Defect in

I bought a mobile “Karbonn A9+” from online website Tradus.com with the 1 year manufacturing warranty bill. Within 7-8 days I noticed defect in its mic. I took it to the authorized service center of Karbonn Mobile M/s Padmavathi Telecoms-Bangalore (Mob no 9242414814). After keeping my mobile for 15-20 days the service center told me its mother board that was needed to be changed is not available with the company their for one DOA Certificate you may collect from Mr Jivitan-(Mob no 7411200143,Person from Karbonn Mobile)and can claim for the new one from the seller. When I called to Mr Jivitan he told me the certificate is sent to the Sr authority for the approval and within sometime you will get it. Since then 15 more days passed with lot of reminders mail and calls but they repeat the same resolution “under process”. Sir now its going to be more than a month I am without phone and my mob is still with the service center. The seller of my mobile wants the DOA Certificate so he may send me another new mobile of the same. Kindly help I spent my hard earned money on this mobile which was an anniversary gift to my wife that she could not used even for a full week.

I need my money back with compensation or DOA Certificate with compensation so that the manufacturer may swiftly entertain such complaint in future.
