I bought a Karbonn Mobile – A 9 Star from Narang InfoTech, Ranchi vide bill no.11811 dt. 10/10/2013. From the date of purchase Mobile set has problem of automatic on/off, over heating, low battery backup, I show my mobile problem to the service centre (Shyama Enterprises, Ranchi) on 18 or 19 October 2013 and get back very next day stating that the problem is solved, then I used for two – three days and it has same problem, on 23/10/2013 the set became completely dead and again I deposited the hand set to the service centre on the same date. From the date of deposition I have regular follow-up with the service centre but its now more than one-n- half month they didn’t return the set and the answer which was given by the service centre was not at the level of satisfaction.
1.I need my mobile back in good and working condition or 2. Please provide me new mobile or return the full amount with actual expenses incurred by me in following up to the service centre.
