I bought Karbonn Mobile A25 on 8-8-13.from vashi Velocity shop,2nd day realized that mobile’s battery,charger and headphone is not working fine,complaint to the shopkeeper who guided me to the karbonn gallery but due to office i wasn’t able to visit karbonn gallery however managed to submit mobile through relative in gallery with accessories.Karbonn gallery exec.said phone will repaired within 45 days.but when called 1 week he said phone is ready so asked relative to collect the phone,when took delivery of ohone didnt switched on and check,when he submitted to me,realized phone was damaged on edge and problem was not resolved at all.again due office couldnt submit phone in gallery but tried call gallery (mob) many time but phone number was always not reachable.I finally submitted phone on 17-1-14.they accepted the only phone and said they will check mobile’s battery,charger and headphone when i will collect phone.i am suppose to get phone today but as usual their number is not reachable and i couldnt make to go their.Kindly help me as i want my phone to be replaced as they have used my phone and damaged the phone.

Want complete new phone as replacement ASAP
