Karbonn Mobile – company harrassed me and denied to repair the phone

karbon mobile a-6 model was purchased on 27.05.13 vide invoice no. 908. the mobile went unserviceable in july, 2013. the service centre of the mobile company harrassed me and denied to repair the phone. they even misbehaved with me and turned down my request to repair the mobile even though the mobile is within the guarantee period.
i am loosing my valuable contacts due to failure of my mobile set. i have even spent rs.5000/- on visiting the service centre time and again.
change the mobile set.
