Karbonn mobile – faulty mobile not given services properly

i had purchased a mobile phone “A5 srar” of brand karbonn mobile from shop “look” at mumbai on 16/01/2014 on using the mobile for not more than 2 weeks it started auto functioning. then i went to thier sevice center at bandra. from bandra they send me to dadar service center of Karbonn mobile named as smart mobile services on 10/03/2014. language of the staff was too unconfortable for me. rather than they said to me that it will take more than 2 months to replace just only touch pannel. when i oppose this they said me if you have to do service then do otherwise forgot about the mobile.when they give me service job sheet they refuse to give me stamp on it, but some how i taken stamp.rather than this every second person was reaching their about the new mobile fault.
