had purchased karbonn A27 Retina. There was a complain in handset as it was getting restarted on its own, i had visited service station named Bawal Communication in Ahmedabad. There appointed office guided me that they need to send phone at delhi location. Its now more than 45 days and there is no response. No one is guiding till when problem will get resolve. They gave me the number of delhi service center which is always busy.I mailed at support@karbonnmobiles.com but there were also same answer that complaint is still under process and we are in continuously follow up with the concerned department.Its high time now.

i need phone to be replaced now, as its height
