I had gave a phone (Model Carbon S-5 ) to authorized Service center of karbonn Mobile i e (Mobile Gallery & Service. Located at District Center Janak Puri, Address: UG-2,Suneja Tower-2,District Center, Janak puri, New Delhi-110058) on 16th Dec.2013. In this phone only two problem are :- 1. Pattern lock, 2. Cdma Card not reading. Till date, I had not received my phone. OR any satisfactory answer form service center & head office. If there is any big problem kindly replace my phone .
