I had purchased Karbonn mobile model no A1+ on 20/05/2013. The set got some problems now. Since the set was under warranty so i went to the service center named Mobile Care center Address: No 45, 33rd Cross, 11th main, jayanagar 4th T Block, Bangalore on 05 aug 13. But they told me that you purchase this set from Delhi so you have to go to Delhi for service and that service center employees do not have manner how to talk to their costumer.They talk to me very harshly and told me abusing words.

My question is that when it’s a brand which is selling all over india so why they don’t provide service.I purchased it from authorised center. At last i can say that this is a very bad company they are unable to provide service and it should be banned immediately so that other customers can be saved of forgery. I need to service my mobile by the KARBONN COMPANY asap before it’s warranty get over.
