I submitted my phone on 26/5 under the promise that i will get my phone within 1 month now its being more than 49 days i didnt receive any call or msg from karbonn about my phone status. Visited your pathetic service center, i didnt receive any response from them. I called your pathetic customer service 15 days ago they informed me to wait for 15 days but didnt receive any confirmation yet. Since promised time has been exceeded i am moving to the consumer forum under harassment and unsatisfactory services. Karbonn the pathetic services i heard but i got the experience now.
