Purchased Karbonn A21 vide cash memo no.2571 dt.16/3/13. But the set was giving trouble & submitted with service centre Sant Telecome, St.No. 12, Dashmesh Nagar, Gill Road, Ludhiana-141003 on 8/7/2013 and received back after rectification on 6/8/13. But after few days it has given trouble and again I submitted with service centre on 19/8/13 with above service center vide job sheet no. KJASPPB094813K3342 and received back on 18/10/13. But my set was not working properly. Third time I submitted with service centre S.S. Communication vide job sheet no. KJASPPB172114K1282 dt. 1/2/2014 (phone : 0161-2229274) but till date I have not received my set back.

After purchasing the handset I did not use it properly despite of spending Rs.9100 due to which my business got suffered.
