karbonn mobile – spares doesn’t provided centre nobody was answering

I have submitted my mobile handset to customer service centre of karbonn mobile as on 14th Dec 2013. but till date I have not get back my mobile. Reason given by customer service centre is, spares doesn’t provided by Karbonn mobile company from Delhi after strong follow-up by customer service centre. Also I have done personal follow-up with customer executive of karbonn mobile. but not getting any feedback. I need damages losses @ Rs. 50/- Per hours till the time I am getting my mobile handset in repaired condition or else replacement of new mobile handset.
