Then they asked me submit handset for getting repaired or replaced in their central office. Almost 3 months passed and hundreds of calls were made on toll free no. 18001024660 but no timeline provided and asked me to complaint wherever you want to that’s why I searched for online consumer helpline. I used to receive mail communication from support@jainaindia.com.’
