Karbonn mobiles – there is no response from their service centre

i have purchased an mobile on 3 march 2013 from karbonn mobiles it was working well but in November 2013 it got some problem due to which it is not functioning and charging so we have submitted the mobile into the service centre and it is almost 3 months completed but i haven’t got the mobile. there is no response from their service centre and company. helpline numbers provided at companies site is not picked by someone. i need my mobile but they are showing no interest in solving the problem
first of all i want my mobile back with full warranty otherwise please return back all the amount spent for purchase.
