Karbonn S5 Titanium mobile – First Day itself problem

I bring to inform you that I had purchase a Karbonn S5 Titanium mobile from your online shop dt. on 10/07/2013. I get delivery of that product on 12/07/2013.From first day i faced some problem which are as below, 1.Unable to install Outlook Exchange mail as well as personal mail like yahoomail,gmail.(unable to synchronise) 2. Mobile get heated during charging,during call. 3.Rotate screen is not working. 4.FM is not working. I request you to please take the product back and refund my total amount so that i can purchase a good mobile,because i would not going to suffer with this for any more.Waiting for your reply.
