KARBONN service Center – Poor service and excessive delay

I have karbonn A15 purchased on. 1st FEB2013. Due to some fault I give it to KARBONN service Center on 09SEP2013 at DIVY TELE SERVICES ,SURAT with JOBSHEET NO. K1578 and IMEI NO.911244650589577 & 911244650589585. Still now I didn’t’ got my phone. Its 42 days of mobile submission. Even after requesting 8-10 times on mail no any solution is found and they didn’t allot me complaint ID /Acknowledgement ID though demanding 2-3 times. They take 5-10 days to give stereotype answer saying issue is forwarded to concern authority and still under process. Its already 42 days of submission and I requested them to replace my phone/moneyback if it is not repairable. I also request for extension of warranty as mobile is not available for my use though I paid for it. even after 8-10 mailing request no any solution is provided.

want money back of my handset worth costs INR 5,990. along with remuneration of 1000 as mental and economical burden to me.
