I had purchased Karbonn on 17th Aug 2013, it was got hanged and unable to switch on the mobile, so i had given to service center at T NAGAR Deprosys Technologies. They had told that Board problem and they will send it Delhi and it will take 1 month time and they provide me Job Sheet. On 15th Nov 13 i had received a call from Deprosys Technologies stating that mobile is ready ask me to collect the same. At that moment i was very near to service centre so i had collected without checking. After i went to home i had checked the mobile the compliant it was in the same condition they had returned mobile to me. On 18th Nov i had went to service centre they again told me that again they had to send the mobile to Delhi and it will take 1 more month for service. On 13th Dec 13 i had visited to service centre to know the status of the mobile. The way Service person had told me it will take another 45 days more and the way they he had communicated to me was very bad. When I asked why it was taking such long time. The service person had replied me to complain where ever I want to. After that I had went to shop where I had purchased the mobile they given me the Karbonn Mobile complaint for South head contact person Mr Jeevinathan (7411200143). I had tried to contact him past 15 days and he had never responded to call, at last he had attend my call on 26th Dec and he had committed me that within 1 hour he will confirm the status of the mobile. After that I am trying to contact till now but he never responded. I was very depressed with service of Karbonn mobile and the money which I had spends to buy mobile was totally gone. My last hope consumer court will take necessary action and will resolve my Issue.
Apologies letter and required a new Mobile or total amount to be refunded
