Karbonn Smart Tab – Delay in repair Service Center and customer care No one responding

I submitted my Karbonn Smart Tab 2 at F-Tech Services Pune on 29/11/2013 (job sheet 3664) for replacement of Broken Touch screen. It was committed to me that in 10 days it will be repaired. On 26/12/2013 after many fight i got computerized Job Sheet KJASPMH1801213K15113. Still tablet not repaired and no commitment on when it will be repaired. No response from Service Center and customer care. No one responding to my calls.

They should either repair and return my tablet in 2 days or give me brand new tablet of same or higher value.
