I pruchased new karbonn Titanium S5 mobile in month of July.I face problem with my power on button after 3 month.which stop to performing. So everytime i have to use other way to unlock the phone eg.call on it/whas app etc.once display bright i am able to perform all the function smoothly. For this issue i went to your serverice center located in Kalyan West .they checked my mobile and ask me to submit it for 40 days started from 7th September.because in entire mumbai region there is no single man who is knowledgeable with Chip level working for mobile. After submission i tried to contact toll free number but i never connect to it .Also Service center number is always busy.the communication i did only through email but not got any satisfactory reply on it. today 40 days completed and i have not received either my mobile or any call or reply on my reminder mail. infact i called service center guys morning time they simply disconnect my call.Now i am frustrated with this company any the Service of it.please do such action where i get my money back
want new mobile or refund of my amount with some penalty charges.so they will not do same with any other.because if i face same problem in future then it’s like big punishment for me Attched is mail communication
