i have purchased a karbonn titanium S5 mobile phone on 25th of spt 2013 from www.tradus.com they sent me the product on 28 th of sept evening i started using that phone on 29th october as the phone was new i charged it for a long time without using it than i used it for 2 or 3 days than on 4th of october when i was using it i pluged in the charger first time while phone was on as i pluged in it started opening many applications automaticaly and after few mints it was heating up than i wrote an email abt this problm to tradus (as they dont have a custmer care number )they replyd me next day on 5th october and it was saturday i recived their mail in evening they told me to aproch karbonn service center to get a DOA letter so they can replace my phone . i went at there service center on monday ie 7th of october they said we dont give DOA letter after 7 days now i have to leave the phone there and wait for the repair today is 4th day still they are not able to find out the problm and they say it will go to delhi for repair and it will take around one month all this happened because of leniency of tradus.com and there policy of not having a custmer care contact number if i have seen that before i would never have purchased this product from them now i cant do anything except complainting here hope i will get a help from here Thanx and regards Nitin Kumar Jain
at first i want my money back secondly a new phone in replacement of that phone if i cannot get my mony back .i cannot calculate the other losses that are happning to me
