I would like to inform you that, I had purchase handset of Karbonn Titanium S5 on dated 25.01.2014 from your distributor cum retailer Aashirwad Communication at Samsi, But unfortunately, we got the mobile network problem & software problem when we take out from box means manufacturing defect, therefore, we sent the mobile hand set to your authorized service center name Aroshee Mobile Center, Samsi, job sheet no W846J617 dated 27.01.2014 for DOA through your retailer Aashirwad Communication at Samsi.

Karbonn must pr-actively act on consumer complaints without which it becomes really difficult to trust the Brand.
