My Carbon Mobile is under warranty.my mobile has been deposited on 23-04-2015.because it was not catching the network and not charging the battery. this type of problems are present in it since we purchased it.it has gone for repair 4 times,since we purchased it.more than 42 days have passed but every time we talk to the customer care they bluntly say it will take 10-12 days.we are fed up of hearing the same answer every time. they are not at all bothered about our complaint.
we feel that the mobile has a serious manufacturing defect. so we want our mobile to be replaced.and that too at the earliest.
