I applied for money click internet banking in karnataka bank three weeks ago. still I have not got user id /password. when i call customer care, they are asking me to go to branch. when i go to branch where i applied they are asking me to call customer care. I tried more than 15 times still i din get my user id or password.

I have to repay my loan amount of 15,000 to another bank which is getting delayed and interest amount @ 13% i have to pay because of this negligence

I want my user ID and password for internet banking immediately.
