Bhoomi Wallet was Recharged with 500 firstly,Amount Debited from account but still Wallet is showing zero. 2nd time again tried to recharge with Rupees 500 but again wallet is Empty where as Amount is debited from account. Need a quick check in this and revert back.

I have loaded my account with Rs 500 on date 01/09/2020 02:23 pm the amount is debited from my account but the wallet is not loaded after some time again i tried to load but is this time wallet is loaded but i have lost my 500 Rs of first recharge: website i used is https://rtc.karnataka.gov.in/ any of their helpline numbers are working how irresponsible of this being a govt website
