Kaunsa.com – is not delivering my order since 1 month

I’ve placed an order for a cellphone at KAUNSA.com [an online shopping website] on 15th August 2013 & yet my product is not delivered to me. I’d called again & again but they are responding that, order has already been dispatched to you but not providing any tracing ID from last 1 week, even they are not ready to cancel my order. I’ve already made a payment on the same order date. I’ve my doubt that it’s a fake company and also may fraud with future consumer.
